As a former college athlete, I have always enjoyed physical fitness and competition.  However, for years, I have worked out by myself and fell into a complacent routine. Being able to work with Jaden invigorated and restored my drive to push myself.  Jaden sat down with me and asked me my fitness goals,  spent time assessing my fitness level and customized a routine just for me.  I was able to see dramatic strength results in a very short amount of time.  He was always prompt and efficient with the workouts.  Having a personal trainer was one of the best choices I have made! 

I didn’t have much experience lifting before training with Jaden, so I was quite nervous at first, but his patience and confidence helped me to overcome this. He is knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Jaden doesn’t stick to the same routine, so each session is a little bit different and it never gets boring. 

I’m really impressed with the progress I’m making, but sometimes it seems that Jaden is even more exited about it. You can be sure that Jaden will do his best to help you to achieve your personal goals and it will be fun and enjoyable all the way.

 On the very first day, we had a meeting with him, and we knew how professional he is in this field. We had specific types of activities each week which focused on our physical fitness and heart health, what we exactly wanted. He was very communicative with us and kept on engaging with the workouts which really boosted our confidence of working with him. So far, we have been working out with Jaden for almost 4 months and he has helped us immensely in increasing not only our physical fitness but also our motivation towards working out. Jaden is such a genuine and a friendly character and we are very thankful to him for his time and effort dedicated towards making us healthy.
